1. General Information
CanadaRGH.ca specializes in modded Xbox 360 consoles and related products. All products and services offered are intended for personal use. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding the use of modded consoles.
2. Orders and Payments
Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during checkout (e.g., shipping address, contact details) is accurate. Payments: We accept payments via secure methods, as listed during checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock shortages, or other unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Areas: We ship to Canada and the continental United States. Customers outside the continental USA (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) must contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order. Shipping Rates: Flat rates apply: $30 for Canadian orders and $60 for orders within the continental USA. Tariffs apply to shipping to the USA. Customers are responsible for any fees billed. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Estimated shipping times are provided but are not guaranteed. Lost or Damaged Items: Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier, if applicable.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order begins processing. Once an order has entered the processing stage, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Payment Processing Fees: Should a cancellation be approved, the customer is responsible for all associated payment processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund. For domestic Canadian transactions, this is 2.9% + $0.30 CAD of the transaction total. International transactions may be subject to higher fees depending on the payment method and country of origin. The exact fee will be communicated at the time of the cancellation request. 5. Refunds and Returns
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 14 days of delivery. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be defective after it has been returned in its original condition, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, digital content, and accessories are non-refundable. Return Authorization Required: Goods that are returned without prior authorization, refused at delivery, or not picked up from the post office and subsequently returned to sender will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
6. Product Warranty
All consoles are covered by a 30-day warranty against defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, tampering, or improper handling.
- Damage caused by third-party software or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue.
7. Use of Modded Consoles
Modded Xbox 360 consoles are sold for personal use, such as running custom games, homebrew applications, or emulators. CanadaRGH.ca is not responsible for any misuse of the products, including violations of local laws, terms of service for online gaming platforms, or copyright infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
CanadaRGH.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of CanadaRGH.ca. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
CanadaRGH.ca reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
